#Brandcation: Blog Cabin Itinerary

In May, I attended my first blogging conference, Brandcation: Gulf Coast. In two weeks I get the opportunity to attend my second blogging conference, Brandcation: Blog Cabin. Blog Cabin is hosted in the beautiful city of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 35 bloggers, including myself, will be treated to the most exciting attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will all cozy up together in the Mountaintop Lodge courtesy of Cabin Fever Vacations.

Friday’s day time adventures will take place at Dollywood!!

Dollywood Brandcation

Dollywood’s spectacular Tennessee setting provides the perfect backdrop for a variety of amusement park rides and attractions. Thrilling roller coasters, daring water excursions, family rides and kiddie rides-you’ll find them all at Dollywood-along with one-of-a-kind attractions that let you experience our Smoky Mountain way of life.

Like its namesake, Dolly Parton, Dollywood delivers the best in live entertainment. Enjoy country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock and 50’s music presented in our live stage shows.

Dollywood’s master craftsmen and artisans proudly continue the centuries-old tradition of hand-making crafts in the Smoky Mountains with daily demonstrations featuring blacksmithing, hand-blown glass making, wagon making and more.

We will return from Dollywood  in the late afternoon and get ready for a 7:00 dinner at Lumberjack Feud.

Saturday’s morning exploration will be held at the Titanic Museum and The Hollywood Wax Museum.

Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge is a celebration of the ship, passengers and crew! It is said that the best way to respect and honor those who gave their lives is to simply tell their stories.

As the whole world remembers the world’s most famous luxury liner, Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tn. will continue to open the door to the past in it’s one-of-a-kind way – letting “passengers” experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins and Grand Staircase of the Titanic while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers.  As visitors touch a real iceberg, walk the Grand Staircase and third class hallways, reach their hands into 28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks, they learn what it was like on the RMS Titanic by experiencing it first-hand.

Your Pigeon Forge family vacation would not be complete without a much-needed dose of celebrity. Hollywood Wax Museum Pigeon Forge gives you the chance to rub elbows with your favorite Hollywood stars of movie and TV. You’ll find current stars like Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman and Brad Pitt standing side by side with classic entertainers like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, and John Wayne. All of these wax figures are here in Pigeon Forge, home to Dollywood, and a mecca for live entertainment and attractions, brimming over with entertainment for all ages. Whether you drive, fly or come with a tour group or family reunion, Pigeon Forge is the perfect family destination for a getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains.
