In a world of princess crowns and fairy wands our handsome little boys need something to show their royalty too! Lets crown him the our Valentine for the day with a King of Hearts crown. Your own little king of hearts will have a great time decorating his crown for Valentine’s Day. Even boys like a little bit of shine so I included some glitter on this craft. I have included a simple printable template for you to trace. There are a ton of plain and patterned card stocks available at Michaels, or Hobby Lobby, even metallic, and Valentine patterns, pick out a few pages with your boy and make one these today to make him feel special.

Print off King of Hearts Crown Template
Cut template out
Fold card stock in half
Trace template on one side of paper
Cut pattern out of both sides at once.
Tape one side end to end.
Lay crown out open on the table- and make “jewels”, writing, or other shapes with school glue.
Intermediately shake glitter all over wet glue.
Allow to dry completely, the thicker your glue was applied the longer it will take to dry.
Wrap crown around your child’s head to size, and tape it off at correct size.
You could also use stickers, glitter glue pens, pompoms, or buttons to decorate your crown.
